However, since the items offered here are Made-to-Order or Pre-Sale, we produce them using fresh material instead of stocking them in abundance. We stock a variety of our hot-selling and most-demanded designs at our warehouses in Chicago, United States, and London, United Kingdom, and the majority of items are made when customers order them online.
Certainly, it doesn’t affect delivery time because most of the patterns are ready-made and we take 4-5 working days to fabricate a jacket unless the buyer places a custom order.
What time will my order be received?
Delivery & Shipping takes no more than an estimated 4 to 10 working days in normal circumstances. This means 4-5 working days are required for manufacturing and a further 4-5 working days for delivery.
Due to distance travel and customs, some countries other than the USA/UK may require 7 to 14 Days (depending on the product). Please be aware that these are simply estimates. We offer free shipping for most countries (Like the UK, USA, Canada and Australia). However, for some countries in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Russia, the bit shipping cost is applied due to high postage costs in those regions.
We use express courier services for delivery such as DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet. For the items that are readily available to be shipped from our warehouses in the UK or USA; we sometimes use postal services like RoyalMail in the UK and USPS in the USA.
Import Duties & Taxes
dripndrape.com is not responsible for any taxes/ import duties a buyer may incur. The cost of the item paid to us is exclusive of all these charges. It is the buyers’ responsibility to check with their domestic customs if they are going to get taxed for buying/ importing our items.
Customs policy may differ all around the world and some countries are rigorously strict in imposing taxes to import high-value items.
If my order is lost or stuck in the mail, what happens?
Every order we ship out comes with shipping and handling insurance. We sincerely apologize if an order is lost during delivery, returned, or stopped at customs! We don’t have any influence over the postal service. But in situations like this, we would, if it is feasible, send you a fresh item with faster shipping and complete tracking because the packages are insured.
