We are committed to your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience seamless. If you ever receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations or has any issues, such as a difference in design, color, or size runs big or small. we’re here to help.
If you choose to receive a refund, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You can process your refund by sending an email to info@dripndrape.com.
Before you process your refund, please read the following guidelines.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original shipped condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- If the item you received is defective or damaged during transit, we require you to provide us with images of the damaged product with its attached tags.
- If there is a product issue caused by us like the wrong size received or the received item is different than what was ordered, we will offer either a refund or an exchange to ensure your satisfaction.
- If the product has been damaged or excessively used by the customer won’t be considered for a refund.
- Custom Orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
To process your refund, please provide us with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and any other information about the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
Please complete these steps within seven business days of receiving the product so we can promptly assist you. If you reach out to us after this timeframe, we won’t be able to accommodate your return or exchange request. Once we receive your pictures and information, we will process your request within 30 days. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another size different style or different color, we offer a new product (new size) free of charge. The customer will only be responsible for the postage cost, which depends on the weight and size of the product.
Custom Duties
Each country has varying customs duties, laws, and regulations. To simplify the process for buyers, we mark all shipments as Free Shipping and label them as gifts to minimize potential customs fees. However, shipping costs are charged for all items shipped. If customs duties are imposed by the destination country, the buyer is responsible for paying these duties.
