Originally introduced in 1985, this distinctive leather bomber flight jacket became a star in the legendary Top Gun film. To ensure historical accuracy, we’ve updated the design of the jacket with a vintage rack stitch knit waistband and omitted the "USN" punch-through on the wind flap, as the early G-1 models didn’t feature this. For a true-to-life look, both the leather and the patches undergo a special vintage process, resulting in an aged patina. Our custom technique also introduces slight pilling on the knit cuffs and natural variations in the leather, giving it an authentic worn-in appearance. Adorned with all 17 patches and a military-spec USN Anchor pin, this G-1 flight jacket stays true to its Top Gun roots, making it a remarkable piece of naval and cinematic heritage.
