How to Cancel Your Order:
If you wish to cancel a recent order, you must first confirm your request via email @info@dripndrape.com. within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. If we receive your cancellation request after 24 hours, there will be a direct deduction of 35% from the amount you paid to us.
If the cancellation request is received after 48 hours, the deduction will increase to 50%, with the rest refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after five days, as our delivery window is typically 4-5 days, making cancellation impractical at that point.
Cancellation During Shipment
Please avoid requesting cancellation after your order has been shipped, as this will extend the process. Instead, you can take advantage of our 30-day return policy, which allows you to return the product within 30 days for a refund.
